Install IOCO twain
Open the Software>File>Preferences>Scanner>Select the IOCO Twain as Source.

If a DDS customer calls staying a computer can't open DDS states finding Netkey. Please go inside the following path.
1.C:\PolaroidDDS\Settings
2. Open the Icore ini file
3. Search for NetKey and change the setting from a 0 to a 1.
4. Restart the software and it will come up properly.

How to fix when getting this issue:
- Click on the padlock icon in the address bar
- Site settings
- Allow camera access. refresh the link and camera/live video should be up now.
